Structurally, the complex consists of three modules which are basically the rapidly erected container units:
two containers form the Monitoring and control Room (MCR), which includes tambour; one container forms the equipment room (ER).
In case of onsite building installation, all modules are securely connected to each other, providing thermal insulation and tightness of the mounting joints.
Outside the building, a light-signaling equipment, is mounted on its walls, as well as protective canopies, ventilation grilles and outdoor air conditioners units with protection, a service platform is provided for.
A common corner roof is erected above the building on the steel trusses with a roof made of a corrugated sheet with a weather-resistant outer coating.
The complex of 'TELEKOR-KZM-3-6x9' mobile buildings consists of three container units integrated into a complex (BC) and internal subsystems:
- Power supply system.

Power supply system is designed to provide guaranteed and uninterrupted power supply of engineering and process equipment of the building.
To ensure reliable power supply, the Complex is supplied with power from two independent sources of an industrial three-phase network, as well as from a standby diesel-electric power unit (DEPU).
The uninterrupted operation of consumers of a special power supply category (monitoring system and fire extinguishing system) is ensured by their own backup equipment (redundant power supply systems).
Earthing system – the earthing system of electrical networks of the TN-C-S type is used, in which, in a part of the network, the functions of the zero protective and zero working conductors are combined in one conductor (PEN conductor).
At the CU input, the main equipotential bonding system is arranged, the connection is provided using the Main Earthing Bus (MEB) made inside the Incoming switchgear.
The Incoming switchgear is designed for receiving, and distributing electric energy with voltage of 380/220 V in three-phase alternating current networks with a frequency of 50 Hz, to protect lines in case of short circuits and overloads, as well as for infrequent operational power ups and downs.
At the same time, the functions of automatic standby initiation (ASI) of power supply sources and automation of the building's own needs systems have been implemented in Incoming Switchgear.
Structurally, the Incoming Switchgear is made of two sections – the protection section and the main distribution board section (MDB section).
The devices of the climate control system of the premises, the supply and exhaust ventilation systems of the hardware compartment are located inside the incoming switchgear cabinets and DC.
On the door of the Incoming Switchgear cabinet there are indicator lamps for monitoring the status of the supply mains, as well as switches for turning on the ventilation and turning on the security and fire alarm locks.
Uninterruptable power supply board – designed for supplying and switching of electric energy coming from uninterruptible power supplies (UPS) and the UPS switching station (SS UPS) to the Customer’s equipment.
Air conditioning system – provides normal climatic conditions for personnel and CU equipment operation, equipped with six air conditioners with a total cooling capacity of 40.5 kW (10 kW - 3 pcs. And 3.5 kW - 3 pcs.).
Lighting system – includes working (internal), external and emergency lighting.
An external lighting luminary is placed above the entrance door outside the Complex.
Luminary power – 60 W. The Complex interior lighting includes 12 linear fluorescent lamps LPO 11-2x36-321 with an electronic control gear each having power of 72 W. The emergency lighting luminaries are powered from an internal Ni-Cd battery and from an external 220 V network. When the external network fails, the luminaries switch to the built-in rechargeable battery. When external voltage is recovered, emergency lighting is turned off. Lamp operating time.
Heating system – includes eight electric convection heaters manufactured by Electrolux Air Gate ECH AG-2000 MF, each having power of 2 kW. The system is designed to warm up the room in the cold season during deployment, as well as during operation, if necessary. An electric convection heater Electrolux Air Gate ECH AG-1000 MF, having power of 1 kW and a Tropic M-3 thermal curtain (3/1.5 kW) are provided for to heat the tambour premises, the operation of the heating devices is carried out manually, using the corresponding circuit breakers located in the Distribution Cabinets of Container Units.
Supply and exhaust ventilation system includes four supply and exhaust fans Vario 150/6 AR LL S, for the premises of MCR and ER. In automatic mode, the control function is performed by IEK-manufactured electronic timer TE15. The timer ensures a countdown of intervals of the fans automatic switching on/off at preset intervals. In manual mode, control is carried out using a two-position rotary switch located on the door of the Incoming Switchgear cabinet.
Emergency management system is designed for prompt automatic power down of the incoming switchgear. The automatic tripping of incoming circuit breakers is performed from the Building's fire alarm system by the 'Fire' control signal.
Security system is based on the equipment of 'Bolid' research and innovation company. It includes:
- The gas fire extinguishing system of the server room, based on the 'S2000-ASPT' receipt and control device. Gas extinguishing agent Chladone 125XP;
- Security and fire alarm system based on the fire alarm control device 'Signal-10';
- Access control based on the '2000-2' device;
