Instrumentation cabinet
General description
Materials:
For the boards manufacture cold and hot rolled steel with a thickness of 1.0-4.0 mm is used. In the manufacture of impulse lines, a seamless cold-formed stainless steel pipe with an outer diameter of 14 mm and a wall thickness of 2 mm is used, as well as stop valves for the pressure required by the Customer. To connect the impulse lines, as well as to install the instrumentation, nipple-sleeve and bulkhead couplings, tees made of stainless steel are used.
Scope of supply:
The instrumentation board is complete with a pulse line with shutoff valves, instrumentation (pressure gauges, pressure sensors, temperature sensors, etc.), explosion-proof terminal boxes, the cabinet access sensor. In the boards intended for use in areas with a moderate and cold climate, an explosion-proof heater with a capacity of 200-400 W is installed to maintain the set temperature.
If necessary, to prevent the working fluid from freezing in the impulse tubes from the cabinet outlet to the process pipeline, a self-regulating heating cable is mounted, over which the insulation layer is applied, which in turn is covered with a layer of aluminum or galvanized steel with a thickness of 0.3-1 mm. The heating cable is connected through an external explosion-proof terminal box.
Delivery:
Boards are supplied with fully or partially completed installation.
