INTEGRATED ENGINEERING SOLUTION FOR PROTECTION OF RAILWAY INFRASTRUCTURE – A MOBILE COMPLEX OF STATIONAL TECHNOLOGICAL CENTER FOR DATA PROCESSING (STCDP) 'KORSHUN' 12H2-SK.

General description

To implement this functionality, an additional operator workstation has been introduced in the STCDP, the capacities for processing the video signal have been increased, and the container unit design has been changed. The design and equipment of MC STCDP provide normal climatic conditions for independent operation of the equipment, as well as conditions for round-the-clock work of personnel (work shift).

Under these circumstances, the MC STCDP ensures:

• Accommodation of communication equipment and security systems in the installed telecommunication racks.
• Protection of equipment from atmospheric impacts.
• Equipment protection from overheating.
• Fire protection by automatic fire extinguishing system.
• Transmission of the 'Fire' signal to the Fire Monitoring Center.
• Data protection from unauthorized access.
• Receiving external power supply from two feeders.
• Power supply of I and III category equipment.
• Power distribution for telecommunication racks.
• Video surveillance inside and outside the facility.
• Normal climatic and sanitary conditions for personnel (working shift) work and rest.
• Fusion of information coming from MC SSP.
• Displaying information at the operator’s work benches in order to monitor the work of SSP subordinates and/or duplication of the functions of operators of selective FSU.
• View and partial backup of SSP video archives.
• Providing radio communications (VHF and TETRA) with train crews and personnel serving the railway infrastructure.
• Providing technological communication with existing office buildings.
