CMC MODULAR BOX
Container unit of control and management center (CU CMC) is designed for accommodation of control and management equipment for different technological processes, as well as distribution, converting and other auxiliary devices and for ensuring its normal operating conditions in remote locations with adverse climatic conditions.
Container units meet the requirements of RD-35.240.00-KTN-207-08, OTT-33.200.00-KTN-016-12. The installation is carried out at the sites of monitoring and control facilities of the linear part of trunk pipelines (main line valves assemblies, pressure regulators, start-up chambers and receiving cleaning and diagnostic tools) and at sites of technological communication facilities of trunk oil pipelines, and are designed for:
- accommodation of high-voltage supply equipment, engineering equipment of power supply systems, microclimate support system, telemechanics, communications, diesel power station with fuel supply system, control equipment for valves and seals, equipment for electrochemical protection, control equipment AFAS, Leak Detection System (LDS), LDS and Compressor Unit (CU), engineering and technical security means;
– ensuring the standard working conditions of the equipment installed inside the container unit, its protection from the adverse effects of the environment, unauthorized access, vandalism and unlawful acts.
