General description
The electronic queue also provides managers with complete information on the number of clients served and the number of people waiting for their turn, which allows to monitor the work of tellers. A fair opportunity to systematize information on the work of each employee for a certain period is provided in summary tables and graphs, in which the electronic queue system displays the intensity of the organization operation at large and each employee's individually.
Parameters
The functionality implemented in the Electronic Queuing System (EQS) has:
- sufficient flexibility of the software and hardware components;
- he possibility of changing and extending the EQS functionality subject to current requirements;
- the possibility of increasing or reducing the number of the system components;
- platform independence of EQS software – all EQS software must be able to operate on both the Windows platform and the Linux platforms;
- support of system modules interaction via Wi-Fi; multithreading, support for an unlimited number of queues, both external and hidden, for internal use;
- flexible adjustment of the logic of receiving subscribers by operators depending on the operator qualifications;
- calling subscribers through a platform-independent virtual operator panel from both the operator’s computer and the mobile PDA;
- the ability to customize the virtual operator panel functionality: call buttons and various queues, sending messages to the main display, data unit on the queue status;
- transfer of the subscriber to other queues without receiving the second coupon;
- the possibility of receiving welfare beneficiaries out of turn;
- Functional 'POSTPONED QUEUE' – the operator accepts the documents and can postpone each coupon until further servicing;
- reception of subscribers, both by direct appeal and by appointment via phone registering and via the Internet;
- the ability to set passwords and logins of operators for access to work with EQS;
- automatic recovery of the queue status when the power supply is resumed after unauthorized deenergizing of the system;
- custom voice notification of the next call;
- the presence of the letter designation of the service queue in the coupon number, on the check recorder, on the operator’s display and the main display;
- the admissibility of sequential numbering of coupons of different queue flows. For each queue flow, there is its own numbering of coupons (Ф001, Ф002 ... Ф003, Ю001 ...). Where F - individuals, L - legal entities;
- placement on the coupon (except for the queue number, date and time of the coupon receipt and the type of service selected) various textual information;
- exclusion of the possibility of unauthorized access to both the EQS resources and the Customer’s network resources;
- the possibility of placing video materials on all EQS displays installed in the office;
- development (use) of a unique design of the central display and the check recorder screen and reporting forms with due regard to corporate style requirements;
- ability to integrate with existing information systems, in particular, with existing EQS;
